The CARC offers 30,000 sq. ft. of space for programs and activities offered by our department. Whether you prefer fitness or theater, the Center offers diversity offered nowhere else. The Mountain Dew Climbing Wall will challenge young and old alike. The Fitness Center is available for those who want a challenging work out and is ideal for anyone wanting to tone up and gain strength along with the Wellness Walking/Running Track.
The CARC also offers space for dance/theater, creative arts, pre-school programs, exercise and conditioning, a full sized gymnasium and the Arvin Activity Room, which is available for meetings when not in use by programs. Locker rooms with showering facilities are available. Unless otherwise noted - all Parks and Recreation programs/activities will meet in the Cultural Arts and Recreation Center. Facility ID membership cards or a daily fee are required for the use of the Center.
The Recreation Center offers several opportunities for meetings, showers, dances, holiday parties,
office parties, seminars and more. Bring your own snacks & food or we have caterers available to assist you.
